At Borgo Laudato Si’: young photographers from around the world exhibit to denounce the effects of the climate crisis
From September 10 to October 4, 2025, Borgo Laudato Si’ hosts the exhibition Earth Partner, showcasing 55 multimedia projects created by young artists under 30 from 28 different countries.
The initiative is the result of a collaboration with Art Partner, through its sustainability division, Earth Partner.
The exhibition places the ecological crisis at the center, interpreted through the lens and sensitivity of a new generation.
The works address urgent global issues such as the climate crisis, pollution, biodiversity loss, and the complex relationship between humanity, the environment, and institutions.
Each piece is framed in wood recovered from trees felled during Storm Vaia in 2018, blending memory, art, and commitment into a tangible symbol of regeneration.
Earth Partner is fully aligned with the mission of Borgo Laudato Si’, a place that embodies the principles of integral ecology as outlined in Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’.
The Borgo is designed as a space for dialogue between spirituality, culture, education, and care for our common home.
The official opening of the exhibition takes place on Wednesday, September 10, at the Marconi Hall of the Dicastery for Communication, with contributions from Cardinal Fabio Baggio, Director General of the Laudato Si’ Centre for Higher Education, Prefect Paolo Ruffini, and Amber Olson Testino, President of Art Partner.
The exhibition remains open to the public until October 4. Students, visitors, and art enthusiasts are invited to explore this rich journey of vision, reflection, and creativity, set against the unique backdrop of the monumental gardens of Borgo Laudato Si’.
